I raised a ticket to upload our Client A's new quotation program. We have done this many times.

HD : Hi, its regarding your ticket for the quotation.

Me : Yeah...

HD : So I install into which environment yeah? A and B ?

Me: This quotation is Client A one right?

HD: Yeah, sooo it means install in both environment.

Me: Noooooo, Client A quotation why put to Client B environment?

HD: So I just put to Client A lor, um... who you want to give access to this program ?

Me: Its a common program, no special privilege required.

HD: So can you give me the names?

Me: No, its common , its not the special program...

HD: Uh huh. .. Um.. so it means give to all is it?

Me: You know common... like TOILET?

HD : Ok ok.. I know now...
